Luwa (UK) Ltd. Quality Policy Luwa (UK) will ensure that all air conditioning plant installation and servicing work meets the customers' expectations and is provided at competitive, profitable prices. We will also ensure that the services comply with all relevant industry quality and safety requirements. Specific quality objectives will be set and reviewed through the Management Review meetings. In order to achieve the Company's objectives, Luwa (UK)'s policy is to implement and maintain an effective quality management system. This management system must ensure continual improvement through regularly reviewing our installations, services and internal operations and agreeing improvements. A key element within the quality management system is the development of employees to ensure that they are competent to carry out their roles, achieve objectives and help ensure continual improvement. Luwa (UK)'s policy is that its Quality Management System will comply with International Standard•BS EN ISO 9001:2015 "Quality Management Systems Requirements': Compliance with this policy, the supporting quality processes and other documents is mandatory on all staff except when a deviation is approved by the General Manager.
